Shipping and Delivery

Product shipments within Iran are carried out through reputable freight companies and in coordination with the Arnico logistics team. Delivery time varies depending on the destination, order volume, and transportation conditions and is stated as an estimate. Arnico assumes no responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, customs issues, or other matters beyond its control. Transportation costs are calculated based on distance, weight, and shipment volume and are communicated to the customer separately.

Return and Refund of Goods

Given the specialized nature of chemical products, the return or exchange of goods is only possible under specific circumstances and with the approval of Arnico. If the delivered product does not match the specifications stated in the invoice and the certificate of analysis, the customer must notify Arnico in writing within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of delivery. After expert review, if the discrepancy is confirmed, Arnico will proceed with replacement or refund. Costs related to returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless the discrepancy is due to an error by Arnico.

Limitation of Liability

Arnico makes every effort to provide quality services and accurate information.
