Sulphur-Nitrogen Granular Fertilizer (N-S Compound Fertilizer)

Sulphur-Nitrogen Fertilizer

“The dual-action nutrient granule: delivering the nitrogen and sulfur that crops crave for higher protein and quality.” Arnico’s Sulphur-Nitrogen Granular Fertilizer is the advanced, compound fertilizer that delivers two of the most critical nutrients for crop growth in a single, uniform granule. By providing a high concentration of nitrogen alongside elemental sulfur, it not only drives vigorous vegetative growth but also ensures the efficient synthesis of proteins and oils. The slow-release conversion of its sulfur component also helps to condition alkaline soils, improving the uptake of other vital micronutrients. It’s the intelligent, high-performance choice for modern, quality-focused agriculture.
Description More

1. Product Introduction & Main Application

Arnico’s Sulphur-Nitrogen Granular Fertilizer is an advanced, compound chemical fertilizer supplied as uniform granules containing high amounts of nitrogen and elemental sulfur. By simultaneously providing two vital elements for plant growth, this product increases protein synthesis, improves the quality of oilseeds (canola, soybeans) and grains (wheat, corn), and corrects the pH of alkaline soils.

2. Technical Specifications

Technical Parameter Standard Agricultural Grade Premium Slow-Release Grade Unit
Total Nitrogen (N) 20 – 22 18 – 20 %
Sulfur (S) 24 – 26 28 – 30 %
Moisture ≤ 1.5 ≤ 1.0 %
Granule Size (2-4 mm) ≥ 95 ≥ 97 %
Granule Hardness ≥ 3.0 ≥ 3.5 kg/granule
pH 6.5 – 7.5 6.5 – 7.5

3. Features & Benefits

  • Simultaneous N & S Supply: Prevents sulfur deficiency, a factor that limits nitrogen uptake and reduces grain protein content.

  • Gradual Sulfur Release (Premium): The microbial oxidation of elemental sulfur in the soil converts it into plant-available sulfate, preventing rapid leaching.

  • Soil pH Reduction: Suitable for the calcareous and alkaline soils found in many regions, improving the uptake of micronutrients.

  • Excellent Mechanical Resistance: No crushing during transport and handling, allowing for uniform spreading with fertilizer applicators.

4. Industrial Applications

  • Agriculture & Farming: A basal and top-dressing fertilizer for wheat, barley, canola, corn, and sugar beet.

  • Horticulture & Greenhouses: Supplies sulfur for improving the aroma and flavor of fruits (onions, garlic).

  • Landscaping: Fertilizing lawns and ornamental plants.

  • Soil Amendment: Lowering pH and improving the physical structure of the soil.

5. Safety & Handling

  • MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): This substance is non-toxic and non-flammable, but its dust is a mechanical irritant. The Arnico MSDS file is available.

  • Storage Conditions: Store in sealed bags, in a dry, cool warehouse, away from moisture, rain, and direct sunlight, and on pallets.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): When decanting and spreading, the use of a P2 mask and gloves is recommended.

6. Quality Assurance & COA

Arnico Sulphur-Nitrogen Fertilizer shipments are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing the nitrogen, sulfur, and particle size percentages.
