3. Features & Benefits

  • Economical & High-Volume: The best option in terms of price per unit of energy (kcal) for high-consumption industries.

  • Stable Combustion & Efficient Flame: Suitable design for atomizing burners, creating a strong and uniform flame in rotary cement kilns and boilers.

  • Stable Supply: Production based on the GOST standard, a well-recognized and reliable specification in various global markets.

  • Low Sulfur Grade: Compliance with newer environmental regulations and reduced equipment corrosion in SOx-sensitive areas.

4. Industrial Applications

  • Thermal Power Plants: Fuel for boilers to produce steam and drive electricity turbines.

  • Cement Industry: Fuel for clinker firing kilns in cement factories.

  • Steel & Metals Industry: Fuel for preheating, smelting, and heat treatment furnaces.

  • District Heating Systems: Supplying hot water and heating for buildings in municipal networks.

5. Safety & Handling

  • MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): This material poses a severe burn risk at high temperatures, and its vapors may contain toxic hydrogen sulfide (H₂S). The Arnico MSDS must be obtained without fail.

  • Storage Conditions: Store in tanks equipped with heating coils and insulation at a temperature of 50-60°C to maintain pumpability. Water and moisture ingress must be strictly prevented.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): When handling, the use of heat-resistant clothing, gloves, safety boots, and, if necessary, a respirator is mandatory.

6. Quality Assurance & COA

All Arnico Mazut M100 shipments are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing viscosity, density, and flash point.

Technical documents for the product Mazut M100 including the Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and Certificate of Analysis (COA), are available to customers upon request.
