1. Product Introduction & Main Application
Arnico’s Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) is a transparent, flexible thermoplastic copolymer, produced by the copolymerization of ethylene with a small amount of butene, hexene, or octene at low pressure. This material, with its linear structure and short-chain branches, provides a combination of high tensile and tear strength and is the primary material for the production of stretch packaging films, heavy-duty sacks, protective layers, and flexible coverings.

5. Safety & Handling

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): The granules are non-toxic and safe. Paraffinic vapors are released at processing temperatures. The Arnico MSDS file must be obtained.

Storage Conditions: Store in 25kg bags in a covered, dry, and cool warehouse, away from direct sunlight.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Heat-resistant gloves are recommended when handling hot material.

Arnico LLDPE shipments are accompanied by a complete Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing the MFI, density, and tensile properties.
