Product Introduction & Main Application
Arnico’s Black Masterbatch is a free-flowing granular concentrate containing 40-50% high-performance carbon black, dispersed into a universal or specific polymer carrier (PE, PP, PS). It is designed to impart a deep, uniform black color while providing critical UV stabilization and antistatic properties to plastic products. This masterbatch ensures optimal pigment dispersion without affecting the mechanical integrity or processability of the base polymer.

5. Safety & Handling
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): This product is a stable, non-hazardous thermoplastic. The complete MSDS is available upon request from Arnico support.
Storage Conditions: Store in a clean, dry area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep bags sealed to prevent moisture absorption.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Standard work gloves and safety glasses are recommended during handling and processing to avoid thermal burns.
6. Quality Assurance & COA
Arnico provides a dedicated Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each batch, detailing carbon black content, MFI, moisture, and a dispersion quality rating. Pre-shipment samples for customer line trials are available.
