Product Introduction & Main Application
Arnico AdBlue is a clear, non-toxic, and high-purity aqueous urea solution manufactured to strict ISO 22241 standards. It is designed exclusively for use in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems of modern diesel engines. When injected into the exhaust stream, AdBlue converts harmful NOx emissions into benign nitrogen and water vapor, enabling heavy-duty trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, and diesel passenger cars to meet stringent environmental regulations.

3. Features & Benefits
Guaranteed ISO 22241 Compliance: Stringent in-house testing ensures our AdBlue meets or exceeds the quality demands of European and American SCR systems (Bosch, Cummins, etc.).
High-Purity Feedstocks: Manufactured exclusively from premium, low-biuret urea prills and deionized water, preventing crystallization and injector clogging.
Emissions Compliance: Converts up to 90% of NOx into harmless N₂ and H₂O, directly enabling fleet compliance with Euro 4, 5, and VI standards.
Improved Fuel Economy: Optimizes engine combustion parameters, leading to a 3-5% reduction in diesel consumption compared to non-SCR engines.
Non-Flammable & Safe: Unlike many automotive chemicals, AdBlue is non-toxic and non-flammable, simplifying storage, handling, and logistics.
4. Industrial Applications
Heavy-Duty Fleet Logistics: Trucks, buses, and coaches for long-haul and urban transport.
Non-Road Mobile Machinery: Agricultural tractors and combines, construction excavators, and port handling equipment.
Modern Diesel Passenger Vehicles: SUVs and pickups equipped with SCR technology.
Marine & Stationary Engines: Generator sets and marine diesel engines in Emission Control Areas (ECAs).
5. Safety & Handling
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): This product is a non-hazardous solution. The complete MSDS is available from Arnico support.
Storage Conditions: Store between -5°C and 30°C, out of direct sunlight. Freezing (below -11°C) will not degrade the product; simply thaw and agitate before use. Use only dedicated packaging to prevent contamination.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): While safe, it is slightly alkaline. Rinse eyes and skin with water on contact. Use of gloves is recommended to prevent skin dryness.
6. Quality Assurance & COA
Every Arnico AdBlue batch is shipped with a full Certificate of Analysis (COA), ensuring the urea concentration, density, and biuret level are within the precise ISO tolerances required to protect your catalyst.
