1. Product Introduction & Main Application

Arnico’s Reformate is a clear, aromatic-rich (BTX) liquid produced from the catalytic reforming unit of heavy naphtha in refineries. With a very high Research Octane Number (RON), typically above 100, this product is the main and vital component in the gasoline blending pool for upgrading regular gasoline to unleaded super grade, and is also the primary source for producing benzene, toluene, and xylenes (BTX) in the petrochemical industry.

5. Safety & Handling

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): This liquid is flammable, toxic, and carcinogenic (contains benzene). Inhalation of its vapors is extremely hazardous. The Arnico MSDS is mandatory.
Storage Conditions: Store in floating-roof tanks with full seals, an earthing and vapor recovery system, in a cool environment, away from sparks.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): A full-face respirator with an AX (BTX-specific) filter, Viton gloves, and anti-static clothing are required.

6. Quality Assurance & COA

Arnico Reformate shipments are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing the RON, MON, and aromatics analysis.
