1. Product Introduction & Main Application
Arnico’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a blend of the light hydrocarbons propane and butane, stored as a liquid under moderate pressure and vaporizing into a gas at the point of use. This clean, high-energy, portable fuel serves as the primary energy source for domestic cooking and heating, as an automotive fuel (Autogas), and as a key feedstock in the petrochemical industry for olefin production, offering an ideal alternative to traditional polluting fuels.

3. Features & Benefits
Clean & Low-Carbon Fuel: Burns without soot, ash, and with minimal CO₂ emissions compared to coal and heavy fuel oil, contributing to environmental protection.
High Calorific Value & Flame Temperature: Provides fast cooking and excellent thermal efficiency in industrial furnaces and heating systems.
Easy Portability: Liquefaction under pressure allows for simple storage in cylinders and small tanks, ideal for areas without access to a piped gas network.
High Propane Industrial Grade: Guarantees reliable performance in cold weather due to its higher vapor pressure and is suitable for metal cutting applications.
4. Industrial Applications
Domestic & Commercial: The primary cooking fuel in restaurants, homes, and central heating systems.
Petrochemical Industry: Feedstock for steam crackers and olefin units to produce ethylene, propylene, and butadiene.
Transport (Autogas): A clean and economical fuel for taxis, buses, and industrial forklifts.
Agriculture: Fuel for grain dryers, greenhouses, and terrestrial pest control devices (flame weeding).
5. Safety & Handling
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): This gas is highly flammable and explosive. The gas is heavier than air and accumulates in low-lying areas. Leaks cause asphyxiation. A thorough study of the Arnico MSDS is mandatory.
Storage Conditions: Cylinders and tanks must be stored outdoors in an upright position, in an excellently ventilated area, away from heat sources, sparks, and direct sunlight. Electrical earthing is mandatory.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): When connecting and disconnecting cylinders, the use of leather gloves, safety goggles, and anti-spark shoes is mandatory. Explosion-proof equipment must be used.
6. Quality Assurance & COA
Arnico LPG shipments are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing the exact percentages of propane and butane, and the sulfur content.
